Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá ochranou spotrebiteľa na poistnom trhu. Zameriava sa predovšetkým na legislatívnu úpravu dotknutých vzťahov. Cieľom práce je teoreticky vymedziť špecifiká ochrany spotrebiteľa v poisťovníctve, analyzovať úroveň ochrany spotrebiteľa na poistnom trhu a odporučiť prípadné zlepšenia.
