Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou resilience učitelů středních škol a její možnou podporou. Skládá se ze dvou částí. V teoretické části je důkladně popsaná učitelská profese, včetně osobnostních charakteristik a profesní dráhy učitelů. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of resilience of secondary school teachers and its possible support. It consists of two parts. In the theoretical part, the teaching profession is thoroughly described, including personality characteristics and the career path of teachers.
