Chest injuries with a focus on pneumotorax

Abstract:

Svoji práci s názvem ,,Poranění hrudníku se zaměřením na pneumotorax? jsem se snažil pojmout jako celistvý obraz traumat hrudníku a podrobněji popisuji jejich základní rozdělení. Přičemž největší pozornost jsem věnoval pneumotoraxu. Popsal jsem zde jeho jednotlivé typy a příčiny vzniku, uvedl základní příznaky a postupy ošetření pacienta s pneumotoraxem v urgentní medicíně. Dále jsem toto poranění rozebral v praktické části, kde jsem ho prozkoumal pomocí několika základních statistických údajů, které jsem zanesl do grafů. Praktická část také obsahuje kasuistiky, ve kterých jsem popsal, jak zajištění a ošetření pacienta probíhá v reálných podmínkách.

Abstract:

With my thesis entitled, ,,Chest injuries with a focus on pneumotorax?, I tried to conceive such a complete picture of chest traumas and described its different types and causes of its emergence, said its basic symptoms and the treatment procedures of patient with pneumotorax in emergency medicine. Furthermore, I analyzed this injury in the practical part, where I examined it with assistance of a few basic statistical data that I entered into diagrams. The practical part also contains casuistries, in which I described how securimg and medical treatment of patient is pursued in real trems.
