The analysis of the financing of the small and medium enterprises in the Slovak Republic by standard and alternative sources

Abstract:

The aim of this theses is to characterize small and medium enterprises, define their position in current business environment in Slovakia and to provide analysis of the financing options available via standard and alternative sources on the Slovak financial market. In the individual chapters we will specify financial products offered by the Slovak financial market and as an example we will discuss in details specific loan application form used by Volksbank Slovakia, a. s. (VBSK) We will define various loan products for small and medium enterprises and specify credit process of the VBSK. The result of this theses will include evaluation of the financial situation of the existing client and the final statement regarding the approval of the for overdraft facility. The theses is dividend into four chapters and 85 pages.

Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce je charakterizovať malé a stredné podniky, definovať ich postavenie v súčasnom podnikateľskom prostredí SR a analýza možností financovania prostredníctvom štandardných a alternatívnych zdrojov, ktoré sú dostupné na slovenskom finančnom trhu. Jednotlivé kapitoly sú zamerané na analýzu produktov dostupných na slovenskom finančnom trhu a nadväzujú na konkrétnu možnosť financovania na príklade Volksbank Slovensko, a.s. (VBSK). Definujú jednotlivé úverové produkty, ktoré banka poskytuje malým a stredným podnikateľom a špecifikujú kostru úverového procesu v podmienkach VBSK. Výsledok práce je vyhodnotenie žiadosti o poskytnutie kontokorentného úveru existujúcemu klientovi VBSK. Diplomová práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol a obsahuje 8 grafov, 10 tabuliek a 7 schém.
