Diplomová práce pojednává o postavení obchodního práva v současném systému soukromého práva v České republice. Cílem práce je prokázat kvalitu, přehlednost a ucelenost právní úpravy po přijetí nového občanského zákoníku jako univerzálního kodexu z pohledu obchodního práva. The thesis deals with the position of the business law in the current private law system in the Czech Republic. It aims to prove the quality, clarity and comprehensiveness of the legislation after the adoption of the new Civil Code as the universal codex from the aspect of the business law.
