Authorization process and its influence on the location of catering facility in the territory

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je Povolovací proces a jeho vliv na umístění stravovacího zařízení v území. Cílem této práce je charakterizovat povolovací proces včetně okolností, jež ovlivňují umístění stravovacího zařízení v území. V práci je řešena výzkumná otázka znění: „Jaký je v konkrétním případě vliv povolovacího procesu na umístění stravovacího zařízení v území?“ Konkrétní případ představuje projekt občerstvení na sjezdovce v Harrachově. Práce je svým charakterem teoreticko-aplikační. V teoretické části práce jsou řešeny otázky vymezení stravovacího zařízení, jejich klasifikace, pořízení provozovny stravovacího zařízení, hygienických norem a regulace v gastronomii, povolovací proces, projekt a dokumentace, řízení a koordinace stavby a kolaudačního řízení. Analytická část nejprve řeší roli vybraných úřadů (tj. stavebního úřadu, krajské hygienické stanice, hasičského záchranného sboru a Správy Krkonošského národního parku) v povolovacím procesu, načež je prezentován projekt občerstvení na sjezdovce v Harrachově z hlediska povolovacího procesu. Zde prezentované informace umožňují zodpovězení výzkumné otázky.

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis is the Authorization process and its influence on the location of catering facility in the territory. The aim of this work is to characterize the permitting process, including the circumstances that affect the location of catering facilities in the area. The thesis deals with the research question: "What is the impact of the permitting process on the location of the catering facility in the area?" The specific case is the project of refreshments on the ski slope in Harrachov. The work is theoretical-application in nature. The theoretical part of the thesis addresses the issues of definition of catering facilities, their classification, acquisition of catering facilities, hygiene standards and regulations in gastronomy, permitting process, project and documentation, management and coordination of construction and approval procedures. The analytical part first deals with the role of selected authorities (i.e. the building authority, the regional hygiene station, the fire brigade and the Krkonoše National Park Administration) in the permitting process, after which the refreshment project on the ski slope in Harrachov is presented in terms of the permitting process. The information presented here allows the answer to the research question.
