Abstract:
Bakalářská práce s názvem „motivace dospělých ke vzdělávání v rámci rekvalifikace“ obsahuje základní informace o této problematice. Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat a ověřit si podněty motivace dospělých k dalšímu vzdělávání v rámci rekvalifikačních kurzů, to znamená zmapovat vnější, ale i vnitřní motivy jedince, ze kterých tato motivace vyplývá. The bachelory work named „adults motivation to education within retraining“ involves basic inforamtion about this issue. The main purpose of this bachelory work is looking over adults motivation impulses to further education within the scope of retraining sessions.
