Předmětem této práce je zhodnocení dopadu rekodifikace českého soukromého práva na účetnictví obchodních společností. Součástí práce je uvedení důvodů pro rekodifikaci, charakteristika zákona č. 513/1991 Sb., obchodní zákoník, zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanského zákoníku a 90/2012 Sb., zákona o obchodních korporacích, vymezení jejich vzájemných vazeb a jejich vazeb na právní předpisy upravující účetnictví …more
Abstract:
This thesis deals with evaluation of changes in financial corporate accounting in relation to the recodification of Czech private law. It characterizes Act no. 513/1991 Coll., Commercial Code, Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, and Act no. 90/2012 Coll., Trading Company Act, defines their relation and relation to acts concerning financial corporate accounting.
