The thesis aims to map and describe the development of primary schools classes in Zlin region, after dealing with the manifestations of bullying in these classes. The theoretical part will be defined basic assumptions related to the topic of bullying from literature and outputs from research undertaken in preventing and dealing with bullying. The basic topics for the theoretical part are bullying, its prevention and solution, social psychology, aggressive behavior, group dynamics with an emphasis on the tension and cohesion groups and roles in the group. In the practical part of the research will be carried out through anonymous questionnaires and interviews. The target group will be class groups of primary schools in the Zlin region and specialists in dealing with bullying of these schools. The outcome of the research will be defining the relationships between the various factors affecting the development of classroom climate in these classes and identification of any patterns.

Abstract:

Práce popisuje a mapuje formy řešení šikany a následný vývoj ve třídách základních škol Zlínského kraje. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezena základní východiska k tématu šikany, její prevence a řešení, skupinové dynamice, specifikům třídních kolektivů základních škol a forem následné intervenční práce. V rámci praktické části byl realizován kvalitativní výzkum metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo deset řešitelů ze základních škol ve Zlínském kraji, kteří souhrnně řešili patnáct případů šikany. Získaná data byla analyzována metodou tvorby trsů. Výstupy výzkumu odpovídají, jaká jsou efektivní formy řešení šikany, efektivní formy práce s třídním klimatem po vyřešení šikanování a praktická doporučení do pedagogické praxe.

Abstract:

The thesis describes and maps the forms of bullying and subsequent development in the elementary school classes of the Zlín Region. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are defined basic starting points to the topic of bullying, its prevention and solutions, group dynamics, specifics of class groups of elementary schools and forms of subsequent intervention work. In the practical part, qualitative research was carried out by the method of semi-structured interviews. The research group consisted of ten investigators from elementary schools in the Zlín Region, who collectively dealt with fifteen cases of bullying. The data obtained were analyzed by the tuft formation method. The research outcomes correspond to the effective forms of bullying solutions, effective forms of working with classroom climate after bullying, and practical recommendations for teaching practice.
