Abstract:
Predmetom práce je štatistická analýza osobných nákladov zo vzorku českých podnikov, ktoré prešli fúziou v období medzi rokmi 2001 a 2010. Prvá časť práce načrtáva situáciu ohľadom fúzií v Českej republike a tvorí pozadie pre výskumnú časť. Druhá časť práce uskutočňuje štatistickú analýzu. Práca končí záverom vyvodeným z výskumnej témy.
Abstract:
The subject of the thesis is to statistically analyze personnel expenses from a sample of Czech companies that underwent mergers in the period between 2001 and 2010. The first part of the thesis outlines the situation regarding mergers in the Czech Republic and creates background for the research part.
