Diplomová práce obsahuje literární studii, která je zaměřena na proces výroby bionafty. V teoretické části je pojednáno o transesterifikační reakci, složení vstupních a výstupních surovin, reakčních a extrakčních činidel a následných čistících procesech. The main aim of the Master?s thesis deals with the production process of biodiesel. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the transesterification, consisting of inputs and outputs materials, reactants and extract reagents.
