Proposal to Improve Supplier-Customer Relations in Selected Organization

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů ve vybrané organizaci, na jejímž základě jsou navržena opatření a postupy na celkové zlepšení těchto vzájemných vztahů. Teoretická část této diplomové práce se zabývá rozborem a vysvětlením potřebných analytických nástrojů, které slouží jako podklad pro vypracování návrhů na zlepšení obchodních vztahů mezi vybranou organizací a jejími obchodními partnery. Dále jsou zde popsány různé formy komunikace, vhodné k použití v prostředí vybrané organizace. Praktická část se pak zabývá aplikováním výše zmíněných metod a poznatků do komunikace a řízení dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů v organizaci. Na základě analýzy současného stavu jsou pak doporučeny návrhy na celkové zlepšení těchto vztahů. Hlavním předmětem projektového řešení problémů je návrh nového objednávacího systému, sloužící jako přehledný komunikační kanál mezi společností a jejími zákazníky. Dále byl vytvořen návrh optimalizace využití stávajících zdrojů společnosti, vedoucí k rozšíření výrobní kapacity. Přínosem této práce je tak zlepšení výkonnosti společnosti a vztahů se zákazníky za pomoci využití současných zdrojů s pouze minimálními investicemi.

Abstract:

The presented diploma thesis deals with the analysis of supplier-customer relations in a selected organization, based on that new measures and procedures are proposed for the overall improvement of these relationships. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the analysis and explanation of the necessary analytical tools, used as a base for developing proposals to improve business relations between the selected organization and its business partners. Furthermore, various forms of communication applicable to the environment of the selected organization are described here. The practical part then deals with the application of the mentioned methods and knowledge in communication and management of supplier-customer relations in the organization. Based on the analysis of the current state, suggestions are then recommended for the overall improvement of these relations. The main subject of project is the design of a new ordering system, which serves as a clear communication channel between the company and its customers. Furthermore, another proposal was created to optimize the use of the company's existing resources, leading to the expansion of production capacity. The benefit of this work is thus the improvement of the company's performance and customer relations by using current resources with only minimal investment.
