Security Project Significantly Concentrated in Social Events in the Context of the Protection Soft Targets

Abstract:

V teoretické části se autorka zabývá problematikou ochrany měkkých cílů. Druhá praktická část je zaměřena především na průběh Mezinárodního folklórního festivalu v Lázních Bělohrad. Zabývá se zajištěním jak současné bezpečnosti účastníků a návštěvníků, tak i možným zkvalitněním bezpečnosti do dalších ročníků této tradiční akce. Informace byly získány z osobního setkání s organizátory a ředitelem Mezinárodního folklórního festivalu "Pod Zvičinou". Dalším zdrojem informací byla osobní účast na několika předchozích festivalech s pozorností na stav zabezpečení měkkých cílů. Závěrem této bakalářské práce bude zpracovaný koordinační plán a seznam návrhů na zkvalitnění bezpečnosti účastníků na této významné akci.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part, the author deals with the issue of the protection of soft targets. The second practical part is focused mainly on the process of the International Folklore Festival in Lázně Bělohrad. It deals with ensuring both the current safety of participants and visitors and a possible increase of security in the other years of this traditional event. The information has acquired from a personal meeting with the organizers and director of the International Folklore Festival "Pod Zvičinou". Another source of information was individual participation in several days of the festival with an attention security status of soft targets. The conclusion of this bachelor's thesis will be a coordination plan and a list of proposals to improve the safety of participants in this important event.
