The Design of the Mobile Wood Chipper

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je navrhnout konstrukci mobilního špalíkovače zejména pro zpracování lesního klestu, vznikajícího při těţbě dřeva. Špalíkovač jako mobilní stroj, bude nesen v tříbodovém závěsu traktoru. Výkon pro chod stroje bude odebírán přes kardan, z vývodové hřídele traktoru. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na rozdělení podle typu výsledného produktu, hlavních typů rozrušovacích mechanismů, hlavních rozdílů mezi nimi, jejich pouţití dle rozsahu prací a nakonec základní přehled strojů na trhu od českých i světových výrobců. V praktické části je řešena konstrukce samotného špalíkovače.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to propose the construction of mobile chipper especially for pro-cessing forest brushwood, resulting from the extraction of timber. Chipper as a mobile unit, will be carried on a three-point hitch of the tractor. Power to run the machines will be re-moved via cardan shaft from the tractor PTO. The theoretical part is focused on the distri-bution by type of end product, the main types of the breaking mechanism, the main diffe-rences between them, their use according to the scope of work and finally an overview of machines on the market from Czech and foreign producers. The practical part deals with the structure itself chippers.
