Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá butyrylcholinesterázou jako jednou z hlavních lidských cholinesteráz. Podrobně popisuje jednotlivé cholinesterázy, jejich odlišnosti a mechanizmy účinku. Dále pojednává o funkci butyrylcholinesterázy v organizmu a jejích genetických variantách. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with butyrylcholinesterase as one of the main human cholinesterases. It describes in detail individual cholinesterases, their differences and mechanisms of action. It also discusses the function of butyrylcholinesterase in the organism and its genetic variants.
