Abstract:
The Master’s Thesis examined bulk sesame seeds under linear pressing involving a universal compresson testing machine and pressing vessels of diameters 30, 60 and 80 mm with a plunger. The bulk sesame seeds was measured at a pressing height of 100 mm and compressed at pressing speeds of 4 and 5 mm/min.
