Relation of nutrition and healthy life style to diseases of cardiacs

Abstract:

V rámci diplomové práce byly u 105 respondentů s onemocněním ischemickou chorobou srdeční a dyslipoproteinémií zjišťovány hodnoty hmotnosti, výšky, BMI, celkového cho-lesterolu (TC), HDL-cholesterolu (HDL-C), LDL-cholesterolu (LDL-C) a glykemického indexu (GI). U onemocnění ischemickou chorobou srdeční bylo zjištěno, že průměrná hmotnost u mužů činila 81,9 kg, u žen 75,3 kg, výška se pohybovala v rozpětí 163,9 až 173,4 cm, v rámci Body Mass Index (BMI) byla zaznamenána u obou případů nadváha pacientů (muži 27,4 a ženy 28,0 kg.m-2). Průměrné hodnoty cholesterolu u mužů dosahova-ly v mmol.l-1 u TC 5,170, HDL-C 1,170, LDL-C 3,290, u žen byly ve stejném pořadí za-znamenány následující hodnoty TC 5,250 mmol.l-1, HDL-C 1,070 mmol.l-1 a LDL-C 3,230 mmol.l-1. Krevní tlak systolický dosahoval u mužů průměrně 145,3 mm Hg, u žen 139,8 mm Hg, krevní tlak diastolický zaznamenal v rámci mužů průměrné hodnoty 84,5 mm Hg, u žen 77, 9 mm Hg, pro GI byly u všech sledovaných hodnot (muži, ženy a celkem) zjiště-ny průměrné hodnoty (5,160-5,400 mmol.l-1). Z respondentů s onemocněním dyslipopro-teinémií byly zjištěny obdobné výsledky. Z výsledků průzkumu doporučujeme využívat při dávkování léků a při lékařských postupech výpočty povrchu plochy těla (BSA), nikoliv propočty podle pohlaví a BMI.

Abstract:

The thesis was carried out on 105 respondents with ischemic heart disease and dyslipoproteinemia measured values of weight, height, BMI, total cholesterol (TC), HDL-cholesterol (HDL-C), LDL-cholesterol (LDL-C) and glycemic index (GI). It has been found that the average weight for ischemic heart disease of men was 81,9 kg and women 75,3 kg. They height ranged from 163,9 to 173,4 cm. It was observed overweight for BMI in both groups patients (males 27,4 and females 28,0 kg m-2). Average of cholesterol of men was at mmol.l-1 for the 5,170 TC, HDL-C 1,170, LDL-C 3,290. For women were recorded following data TC 5,250 mmol.l-1, HDL-C 1,070 mmol.l-1 and LDL-C 3,230 mmol.l-1. Systolic blood pressure of men showed an average value of 145,3 mm Hg, female 139,8 mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure recorded at the men´s average 84,5 mm Hg, female 77,9 mm Hg. GI for all observed values (men, women and total) ranged from 5,160 to 5,400 mmol.l-1. Respondents with dyslipoproteinemia disease showed similar results. According to data given in my thesis, I recommend use for dosage of drugs and during medical procedure calculate BSA instead of use calculation based on sex and BMI.
