Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce s názvem Dopravně-inženýrské posouzení a návrh opatření na křižovatce Pisárecká-Veslařská v Brně je analýza současného stavu křižovatky a na jejím základě návrh variant řešení. Dispoziční řešení navrhnutých variant přitom respektují závěry vyvozené z vyhodnocení analytické části prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy a výsledků Plus-mínus matice. Navrhované varianty jsou modelovány v mikrosimulačním prostředí softwaru PTV Vissim, kde jsou následně podstoupeny procesem vyhodnocování podle dané množiny parametrů. Optimální varianta z množiny navrhovaných variant řešení je identifikována na základě metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis entitled Transport engineering assessment and design of measures at the Pisarecka-Veslarska intersection in Brno is an analysis of the current state of the intersection and on its basis the proposal of variant solutions. The layout of the proposed variants respects the conclusions drawn from the analysis of the analytical part through the SWOT analysis and the results of the Plus-minus matrix. The proposed variants are modeled in the microsimulation environment of the PTV Vissim software, where they are then passed through the evaluation process according to the given set of parameters. The optimal variant of a set of proposed solution variants is identified by multi-criteria decision-making methods.
