Abstract:

ANOTACE Autor: Václav Štrajt Název: Analýza firemní kultury Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku firemní kultury v příspěvkové organizaci. V tomto typu organizací je problematika firemní kultury téměř neznámým pojmem. Autor se zaměřil na zjišťování stavu kultury, její analýzu a navrhnul některá opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zkvalitnění ve sledované oblasti. Vzhledem k tomu, že ani odborná literatura neposkytuje dostatek informací o budování firemní kultury ve školských organizacích, postupoval autor v mnoha oblastech novátorsky. Pokusil se aplikovat zásady a principy firemní kultury definované převážně pro oblast výrobních podniků na příspěvkovou organizaci.

Abstract:

ANNOTATION Author: Václav Štrajt Name: Analysis of company culture This work centres on the problems of company culture in charitable organisation. The notion of company culture in this type of organisation is almost unheard of. The author of this work focuses on collecting information about the state of culture in this organisation, its analysis and further suggests some measures for improvement, which may contribute to improving quality in this field. In the light of scarcity of scholarly literature dealing with establishing company culture in school institutions, the author adopted an innovative approach. In doing so he attempted to implement the maxims and principles of company culture, intended primarily for the field of manufacturing plants, to charitable organisation.
