„Uncoupling protein 2“ (UCP2) patří do proteinové rodiny membránových přenašečů, jejichž funkcí je modulace toku protonů přes vnitřní mitochondriální membránu a tím i elektrochemického gradientu. Abstract:
Uncoupling protein 2 (UCP2) is a member of a transport proteins family and it is supposed to regulate transfer of protons across the inner mitochondrial membrane and thus control the electrochemical gradient.
