Abstract:
Metabolomika je nově se vyvíjející vědní disciplína, která se zabývá analýzou (identifikací a kvantifikací) všech metabolitů v buňce. Metabolom odráží fyziologický stav organismu a buňky a spolu s dalším vědními disciplínami s příponou „omika“ (genomika, transkriptomika a proteomika) tedy napomáhá k porozumění buněčné funkce.
