Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vymezením pachtu především pomocí jeho pojmových znaků za současného odlišení pachtu od ostatních užívacích vztahů. Práce je zaměřena na právní úpravu pachtu obsaženou v zákoně č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, avšak obsahuje také srovnání současné právní úpravy s úpravou platnou do konce roku 1950. This diploma thesis deals with the definition of tenure mainly by its conceptual features while simultaneously distinguishing tenure from other rights of use. The thesis focuses on the legal regulation of tenure set forth in Act N. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. However, it also contains comparison with legislation valid until the end of the year 1950.
