Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem komunikace začínajících učitelů s rodiči žáků. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jak jsou začínající učitelé připraveni na komunikaci s rodiči z vysoké školy a analyzovat způsob realizace komunikace o prospěchu žáka s rodiči. Současně se také mapují zkušenosti začínajících učitelů s problémy při komunikaci s rodiči o prospěchu žáka a řešení těchto situací. Součástí práce jsou doporučení od začínajících učitelů pro budoucí začínající učitele v oblasti komunikace s rodiči, která mohou využít ve své praxi.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of communication between novice teachers and students' parents. The main goal of the work is to find out how novice teachers are prepared for communication with parents from the university and to analyze the way of implementing communication about the student's performance with parents. In addition, the experiences of beginning teachers with problems in communicating with parents about the student's performance and solutions to these situations are also mapped. The work also includes recommendations from beginning teachers for future beginning teachers in the area of communication with parents, which they can use in their practice.
