Yoga for children of preschool age

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá jógou pro děti předškolního věku. Zaměřuje se na využití příběhu jako motivace ke cvičení v prostředí mateřské školy. V teoretické části je charakterizován vývoj dítěte v předškolním věku, jsou vymezeny obecné informace o józe a její historii, specifika dětské jógy a její účinky, popis cviků, relaxace a dechových cvičení. V praktické části je vytvořen zásobník cviků s vhodnou motivací ve formě příběhů s morálním ponaučením. Ten je vyzkoušen s dětmi v mateřské škole. Cílem je zjistit vhodnost motivace a výběr pozic ke cvičení, relaxaci a dechovým cvičením.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Thesis deals with yoga for preschool children. It focuses on using the story as a motivation to practice in a kindergarten environment. The theoretical part characterizes the development of pre-school child, general information about yoga and its history, specifics of children's yoga and its effects, description of exercises, relaxation and breathing exercises. In the practical part we created a set of exercises with appropriate motivation in the form of stories with a moral lessons with following application for a nursery school. The aim is to determine the suitability of motivation and the choice of positions for exercise, relaxation and breathing exercises.
