Ability to write with a nondominant limb in adult population

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá schopností psaní nedominantní končetinou u dospělé populace. První tři (teoretické) kapitoly seznamují čtenáře s problematikou komunikace, afázie, laterality a psaného projevu. Čtvrtá (praktická) kapitola přináší výzkumné šetření, které srovnává výsledky testů psaného projevu provedených levou a pravou končetinou u skupiny intaktních osob. Cílem šetření je přispět k ověření validity testování psaní nedominantní končetinou.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis analyses the ability to write by a nondominant limb in adult population. First three (theoretical) chapters introduce the issue of communication, aphasia, laterality and writing skills. The fourth chapter brings the research which was realized with a group of intact people. The research compares the results of the test written by dominant and nondominant limb. The aim of this diploma thesis is the contribution to a validity verification of testing writing skills by a nondominant limb
