Reflection of Adolf Hitler's fiftieth birthday in contemporary Czech press

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá ohlasem padesátých narozenin vůdce a říšského kancléře Adolfa Hitlera v českém dobovém tisku a analýzou těchto novinových článků. V první části práce je přiblížena dobová situace za první republiky a následně období Protektorátu Čechy a Morava. Především druhé období bylo pro český národ jedno z nejtěžších v naší historii, protože jsme byli donuceni stát se součástí Německé říše a snášet na našem území okupaci. Druhá polovina teoretické části je věnována médiím a jejich postavení v tomto období, které bylo postiženo všeobecnou cenzurou a projevit svůj názor a odchýlit se tak od všudypřítomného nacistického diktátu, bylo téměř nemožné. V této části jsou také uvedeny základní informace o vycházejícím tisku, ze kterého jsem čerpala. Praktická část je pak věnována rozboru samotných novinových článků a je rozdělena na období příprav narozenin, den narozenin a ohlasy narozenin. Nakonec následuje zhodnocení analýzy článků.

Abstract:

The work refers about the response of the fiftieth birthday of the leader and Reich Chancellor Adolf Hitler in Czech contemporary press and the analysis of newspaper articles. The first part is evoking situation in the First Republic and then the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Above the second period for the Czech nation was one of the most difficult in our history, because we were forced to become part of the German Empire and tolerate the occupation of our territory. The second half of the theoretical part is devoted to the media and their position in this period, which was affected by the general censorship and express your opinion and to derogate from the ubiquitous Nazi dictatorship, it was almost impossible. This section also contains basic information about print I used. The practical part is devoted to the analysis, newspaper articles are divided into the preparation of birthday, birthday day and responses of birthday. Finally I evaluated the analysis of articles.
