Předmětem této bakalářské práce je problematika syndikovaného úvěrování a jeho využití v podnikové sféře. Trh a vývoj syndikovaných úvěru je analyzován z různých pohledů. Při analýze syndikovaného uvěřováni byla snaha věnovat větší pozornost americkému a evropskému trhu. The subject of this thesis is the issue of syndicated lending and its use in the business sector. Market development of the syndicated loans is analysed from different perspectives.
