Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou týmových rolí podle Belbinovy teorie v podniku ve vztahu se znaky úspěšného týmu. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část je teoretická, zaměřená na definování základních pojmů dané problematiky, určení znaků úspěšnosti týmu a charakterizování týmových rolí podle Belbina. Druhá část bakalářské práce je věnována praktické části. Zde definuji cíl bakalářské práce, výzkumné otázky a představuji společnost, v níž šetření probíhalo. Na základě teorie podkládám, jak se týmové role projevují v praxi, jak zaměstnanci vnímají svůj pracovní tým a jak fungují dílčí úzké spolupráce jednotlivých zaměstnanců.V závěru práce jsou uvedeny odpovědi na výzkumné otázky a doporučení, jak by zkoumaná společnost mohla docílit ještě lepších výsledků prostřednictvím úspěšnějšího a angažovanějšího pracovního týmu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of team roles according to Belbin's theory of the company in relation with the characteristics of a successful team. The work consists of two parts. The first theoretical part focuses on defining the basic terms of the issue, determine the success of a team of characters and characterization by Belbin team roles. The second part is devoted to the practical part. Here I define the goal of the thesis, the research questions and present the company in which the survey was conducted. Based on the theory put under as team roles they show in practice how employees perceive their working team and how sub close cooperation of individual employees.In conclusion, there are answers to research questions and recommendations as it examined the company could achieve even better results through more successful and more committed team.
