Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou podvodného jednání v kyberprostoru. Práce je zaměřena především na nejčastější formy kybernetických útoků jako je phishing, smishing a vishing. Jejich definice a běžné způsoby použití jsou popsány v teoretické části této práce. Praktická část bakalářské práce je vedena jako průzkum znalostí kyberbezpečnosti formou dotazníkového šetření. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda se kyberútoky tohoto typu objevují v běžném životě a zda občané ČR disponují základní kybernetickou gramotností a schopností rozpoznat podvodné jednání. Výzkumný vzorek je složen pouze ze zaměstnanců jedné společnosti technologického zaměření. Celkem se do dotazníkového šetření zapojilo 660 unikátních osob.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of fraudulent behavior in cyberspace. The work is primarily focused on the most common forms of cyber attacks, such as phishing, smishing, and vishing. Their definitions and common ways of use are described in the theoretical part of this work. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis consists of a survey of cyber security knowledge conducted through a questionnaire. The goal of the study is to determine whether these types of cyber attacks occur in everyday life and whether citizens of the Czech Republic have basic cyber literacy and the ability to recognize fraudulent behavior. The research sample consists of employees from a technology-oriented company, and a total of 660 individuals participated in the questionnaire survey.
