Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem imunosensoru na bázi transparentní elektrody pro spektroelektrochemické stanovení albuminu v nízkých koncentracích. Teoretická část obsahuje úvod do problematiky imunosensoriky, faradaické impedanční spektroskopie, HRP a mikroalbuminurie ve spojení s onemocněním diabetes mellitus. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with construction of transparent electrode based immunosensor for spectroelectrochemical assessment of albumin in small concentrations. Theoretical part of the thesis introduces reader to problematics of immunosensors, faradaic impedance spectroscopy, HRP and microalbuminuria in conjunction with diabetes mellitus.
