Bakalářská práce se zabývá rostoucím vlivem umělé inteligence (AI) na bankovní sektor a popisuje její implementaci ve vybrané bance s důrazem na chatboty. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány klíčové koncepty AI, včetně historie, technologií a oblastí využití. The bachelor's thesis explores the increasing impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the banking sector and describes its implementation in a selected bank, focusing specifically on chatbots.
