The thesis analyses the relationship between wage and price inflation on the data of Czech and Slovak Republic concerning Granger causalities. It uses econometric methods of time-series analyses to answer the question whether there is a causal link or cointegration between wage and price inflation in the Grager meaning. Práca rozoberá vzťah medzi mzdovou a cenovou infláciou v zmysle testovania Grangerovských kauzalít na dátach Českej a Slovenskej republiky. Používa ekonometrické metódy analýzy časových rád k zodpovedaniu otázky, či medzi mzdovou a cenovou infláciou existujú kointegračné a kauzálne vzťahy v Grangerovskom zmysle.
