Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je sestavení reálného a proveditelného podnikatelského záměru na založení nové prodejny s využitím konceptu Franchising. Teoretická část charakterizuje principy fungování franchisingu a jednotlivé části podnikatelského záměru. Práce obsahuje celkovou koncepci otevření nové prodejny a řešení hlavních oblastí jejího budoucího chodu. Zabývá se analýzou všech aspektů činnosti firmy a její nové prodejny: strategií, technickoekonomickou studií, financováním, legislativou a právním rámcem, zaměstnanci a dalšími otázkami úspěšného chodu firmy. Výstupem je návrh podnikatelského záměru pro otevření konkrétní franchisové prodejny, na jehož základě se podnikatel přesvědčí o předpokladech úspěchu podnikání.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on creation of a realistic and feasible business plan established according a franchising concept. The theoretical part provides information about the functioning of franchising business plan and its individual parts. The thesis contains an overall concept describing the opening of a new food store and solving the major operations in advance. The thesis deals with an analysis of all business aspects and its new food store such as: strategy, technical and economic studies, financing, legislation and legal framework, employees and other possible issues concerning to a successful company. The thesis offers business design for opening a specific franchise food store on the basis of which the businessman will observe the assumptions of successful business.
