Customer-oriented business contacts: Analysis of offers in German language in company ERMET - Bohemia s.r.o.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of customer-oriented business contacts. In the introduction, the main aim of this bachelor thesis is mentioned, which is the content and language analysis of the German written offers of the company EMRET - Bohemia s.r.o., with particular emphasis on customer orientation. In the theoretical part, key concepts such as a customer orientation, intercultural differences or an offer are firstly explained. Next, recommendations for writing customer-oriented offers are presented in more detail, based on textbooks and manuals for business correspondence. Recommendations for both the content and the linguistic level of the offer are also summarised. The author also briefly discusses the role of intercultural differences between Czechs and Germans and their influence on mutual communication. The practical part consists of two main parts - content and linguistic analysis of German written offers of the company ERMET - Bohemia s.r.o. In total, four offers and the corresponding e-mail communication were analysed. Both analyses are supplemented by summary tables that evaluate the success of the offers and e mail communication in terms of compliance with all recommendations for business correspondence and customer orientation. As a complementary method, an interview with an expert was used at this point to verify and compare the results of the analysis. In the conclusion, the author presents the most important results of the analysis of the offers and suggests seven recommendations for changes or improvements that can be used by the managers of the company ERMET - Bohemia s.r.o. as well as by employees of other companies or by students of foreign languages.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zákaznicky orientovaných obchodních kontaktů. V úvodu je zmíněn hlavní cíl této bakalářské práce, kterým je obsahová a jazyková analýza německy psaných nabídek firmy ERMET - Bohemia s.r.o., při čemž byl obzvlášť kladen důraz na orientaci na zákazníka. V teoretické části jsou nejprve vysvětleny klíčové pojmy jako je orientace na zákazníka, interkulturní rozdíly či nabídka. Dále jsou blíže představena doporučení pro psaní zákaznicky orientovaných nabídek, která vycházejí z učebnic a příruček pro obchodní korespondenci. Jsou rovněž shrnuta doporučení jak pro obsah, tak pro jazykovou úroveň nabídky. Autorka se také krátce věnuje roli interkulturních rozdílů mezi Čechy a Němci a jejich vlivu na vzájemnou komunikaci. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí - obsahové a jazykové analýzy německy psaných nabídek firmy ERMET - Bohemia s.r.o. Celkem byly analyzovány čtyři nabídky a k nim příslušná e-mailová komunikace. Obě analýzy jsou doplněny o shrnující tabulky, které hodnotí úspěšnost jednotlivých nabídek a e-mailové komunikace z hlediska dodržení všech doporučení pro obchodní korespondenci a z hlediska orientace na zákazníka. Jako doplňková metoda byl využit rozhovor s expertem, který na tomto místě slouží k ověření a porovnání výsledků analýzy. V závěru autorka uvádí nejdůležitější výsledky analýzy nabídek a nabízí sedmero doporučení ke změnám či zlepšením, které mohou využít jak vedoucí pracovníci firmy ERMET - Bohemia s.r.o., tak i zaměstnanci jiných firem nebo studenti cizích jazyků.
