Motor Third Party Liability Insurance - determination of the appropriate premium price
Abstract:
Pojistné za pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla je v ČR v komparaci se západní Evropou nízké, což signifikantně dlouhodobě zatěžuje škodné průběhy lokálních pojišťoven. Cílem BP by mělo být srovnání cenových hladin za povinné ručení v okolních zemích a návrh na úpravu pojistného v závislosti na faktorech, které autorce přijdou relevantní.

Insurance premiums for Motor Third Party Liability Insurance in the Czech Republic are low compared to Western Europe, which significantly burdens claimsof local insurance companies in the long term.
