Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is dedicated to international organizations and their legal regulation. The work consists of five parts: the first section is devoted to the basic characteristics and categorization of international organizations, where the particular emphasis on the historical development of international organizations and their categorization based on various factors is placed. The second part is processed by the definition of an international treaty as a source of international law, given the particulars of the relationship to the legal tradition. The following part of the work deals with the role of international treaties in the law of the Slovak Republic. The fourth part of this work focuses on the issue of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, specifically identifies the Member States and their common goals. The final section is devoted to the North Atlantic Treaty as a founding document of North Atlantic Treaty Organization, taking into account the process of its creation and reception.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa venuje problematike medzinárodných organizácií a ich právnej úpravy. Práca pozostáva z piatich častí; prvá časť je venovaná základnej charakteristike a kategorizácii medzinárodných organizácií, kde bol kladený dôraz najmä na historický vývoj medzinárodných organizácií a ich kategorizácia na základe rôznych faktorov . V druhej časti je spracované vymedzenie medzinárodnej zmluvy ako prameňa medzinárodného práva, prihliadnuc na jej náležitosti ako aj vzťah k právnej obyčaji. Nasledovná časť práce sa venuje postaveniu medzinárodných zmlúv v právnom poriadku Slovenskej republiky. Štvrtá časť práce sa zameriava na problematiku Severoatlantickej aliancie, konkrétne vymedzuje jej členské štáty a ich spoločné ciele. Záverečná časť je venovaná Severoatlantickej zmluve, ako zakladajúcemu dokumentu Severoatlantickej aliancie, s prihliadnutím na proces jej tvorby a prijímania.
