Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Gravesovou chorobou. Obsahuje základní informace o vzniku a projevech nemoci, způsobech léčby a laboratorní diagnostice. Zabývá se funkcí štítné žlázy z biochemického pohledu a úlohou cytokinů u této nemoci.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with Graves' disease. It contains basic information about the origin and manifestation, methods of treatment and laboratory diagnostics. It deals with the function of the thyroid gland from a biochemical point of view and the role of cytokines in this disease.
