Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popsání a zhodnocení právní úpravy hypoteč-ních úvěrů a s nimi souvisejících oblastí. V první části je definován hypoteční úvěr jako takový a je zařazen mezi ostatní bankovní produkty, následuje vývoj legislativní úpravy tohoto úvěru. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the description and evaluation of the legal regulation of mortgage loans and related areas. In the first part there is a definition of mortgage loan and its inclusion into other bank products, followed by the evolution of loan legislative regulation. Further the thesis pursues the possibilities of mortgage loan refinancing and ensuring by the lien on the property. …more
