Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována institutu Pozemkového fondu ČR. Zabývá se právní úpravou, na které je postaven, jeho struktuře, činnosti a v nejširší míře okruhem jeho dispozičních oprávnění ve vztahu ke spravovanému majetku.
Abstract:
This thesis is dedicated to the institution of the Land Fund of the CR. It deals with legal regulations on which it is based, its structure, activity and, most extensively with the scope of its disposition authorisations with respect to managed assets.
