The effect of ecological factors on the oligochaete assemblage composition in the pond ecosystem.

Cílem této práce bylo vyhodnotit druhovou strukturu společenstva máloštětinatců v litorálech a profundálech Náměšťských rybníků v závislosti na ekologických faktorech. Součástí této práce je rovněž literární rešerše k tomuto tématu. The aim of this study was to analyze species composition of oligochaetous Clitellata assemblages in littoral and profundal zones of fishpond with regard to environmental variables. The literature recherché was also compiled to this topic. Twenty-eight samples were elaborated. They included 7 fishponds, littoral and profundal zones a 2 seasons (spring and autumn 2006).
