Diplomová práce se věnuje obchodním činnostem ve firmě z teoretického a praktického hlediska. Cílem diplomové práce bylo vyhodnocení aktuální situace v oblasti obchodních činností ve vybrané firmě a návrhy na případné zlepšení současných postupů. The thesis is devoted to business processes in the company from the theoretical and practical aspects point of view. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the current situation in the area of business activities in selected company and bring/give/propose suggestions for possible improvements of existing procedures.
