Diplomová práce shrnuje právní úpravu reorganizace jako sanačního způsobu řešení úpadku dlužníků. Práce nejprve popisuje vývoj úpadkového práva na našem území, přibližuje současnou právní úpravu úpadkového práva danou především insolvenčním zákonem ale i dalšími předpisy, dále pojednává o ekonomických důvodech využití reorganizace a podrobně rozebírá principy samotné reorganizace. The thesis summarizes the legislation of reorganization as a method of bankruptcy resolution. First of all, the historical development of bankruptcy law in our country is described, as well as the current legislation, established primarily by the Insolvency Act and other regulations.
