Abstract:
Uroteliální karcinom (UCC, TCC) je nádorové onemocnění převážně močového měchýře, jež se vyznačuje vysokou frekvencí recidiv a jehož incidence každým rokem narůstá. Cystoskopie představuje invazivní metodu diagnostiky u nádorů močového měchýře, proto je zapotřebí nalézt vhodný neinvazivní biomarker pro detekci UCC. Urothelial cell carcinoma (UCC, TCC) occurs mainly in the bladder, it is characterized by the high rates of recurrence and its incidence increases every year. Cystoscopy represent an invasive method for diagnosis of urothelial carcinoma, therefore it is needed to find a suitable noninvasive biomarker for UCC detection.
