Abstract:

Středem zájmu bakalářské práce ?Fyzioterapie po artroskopii kolenního kloubu? je fyzioterapie kolenního kloubu se zaměřením na parciální menisektomii, kterou prodělal pacient v kazuistice. Teoretická část práce obsahuje poznámky o anatomii, kineziologii, biomechanice, vyšetření a o artroskopii kolenního kloubu. Ve speciální části práce jsou zmíněny prostředky terapie po artroskopii a také rozfázování rehabilitačního programu. Další část práce se zabývá problematikou squashe, sportovního tréninku a znovu začlenění pacienta po artroskopickém zákroku do squashového tréninkového procesu. Tato část doposud nebyla nijak zvlášť rozpracována. V kazuistické části je demonstrován pacient podle fází rehabilitačního programu.

Abstract:

The focus of the bachelor thesis ?Physiotherapy after knee arthroscopy? is in knee physiotherapy with specialization in the parcial menisectomy. A patient followed in the case report underwent this surgery. Theoretical part includes knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics, examination and knee arthroscopy. The possibilities of the therapy and the stages of the rehabilitation program after knee arthroscopy are mentioned in the special part of the thesis. Next part deals with the issue of squash, sport training and patient´s re-engagement into the squash training process. This part has not been elaborated yet. In the case report a patient is demonstrated according to the stages of the program.
