Phytoestrogens and its affect on human health
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje fytoestrogenům. Je zde popsána jejich struktura, mechanismus účinku a biochemické vlastnosti. V této bakalářské práci jsou shrnuty nejnovější poznatky o účincích fytoestrogenů na lidské zdraví. Je popsán také jejich výskyt v potravinách a možnosti stanovení fytoestrogenů.
Abstract:
This thesis is mainly focused on phytoestrogens, their structure, mechanism of action and their biochemistry properties. It also includes new insights on phytoestrogens affect on human health, analysis of phytoestrogens and their occurrence in food.
