Abstract:

Diplomová práce se týká vzdělávání finančních poradců. Jejím hlavním cílem je porovnání teoretických východisek s praxí u konkrétní finanční společnosti s následnou analýzou vzdělávání finančních poradců u této společnosti. Obsahem teoreticko-metodologické části práce je terminologické ukotvení pojmů úzce souvisejících se vzděláváním finančních poradců, jako jsou charakteristika finančních společností, jejich organizace a management, pojednání o postavení finančních poradců ve finančních společnostech, vzdělávání dospělých obecně a s tím související postavení člověka v organizaci a osobnostní charakteristiky. V aplikační části práce, která je zahrnuta v posledních třech kapitolách, se v návaznosti na teoreticko-metodologická východiska dostanu vedle charakteristiky vybraného poskytovatele finančních služeb a samotného procesu vzdělávání finančních poradců u tohoto poskytovatele na konkrétní úroveň analýz. Cílem těchto analýz je zjistit, kolik času musí věnovat finanční poradce vzdělávání ve vybrané finanční instituci, aby se stal plně kvalifikovaným a úspěšným ve svém oboru. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí analýzy vzdělávání i porovnání teorie s praxí.

Abstract:

This thesis concerns the education of financial advisers. Its main objective is to compare the theoretical background with specific experience in financial analysis of the subsequent education of financial advisors at this company. The content of theoretical and methodological part is anchored terminological concepts are closely related to the education of financial advisers, such as characteristics of financial institutions, their organization and management, a treatise on the status of financial advisors in financial institutions, adult education in general and the related role of man in the organization and personal characteristics. In the application of the work that is included in the last three chapters, in connection with the theoretical and methodological issues get in addition to characteristics of the selected financial service providers and the very process of education of financial advisers with that provider at a specific level of analysis. The aim of these analyzes is to determine how much time must spend a financial advisor with education in the selected financial institution to become a fully qualified and successful in their field. The conclusion contains a summary of the analysis and comparison of education theory and practice.
