Method of determining the financial indicator and a coefficient expressing the evolution of prices in determining the initial value

Abstract:

VOLFOVÁ, Marcela: Method of determining the financial indicator and a coefficient expressing the evolution of prices in determining the initial value. [Thesis]. Banking institut of the university of Prague, a foreign university in Banská Bystrica, Department of Economics and Valuation. Head: prof. Ing. Ján Svrček, CSc. The year of defense: 2012th. Number of pages: 48 The focus of the bachelor´s work is to analyze the conceptual definition of the method of determining the financial indicator and index of price changes in determining the initial value, to show the illustrative calculation of financial indicator to actual – current price level. In addition the focus is also on analyze how are used catalogs of finacial indicator to identify initial value. The first chapter is focused on the basic definitions following the theme of the thesis. The second chapter describes the procedure and methodology of the thesis. It is devided into two parts – descriptive and analytical part. There are described two key words in the descriptive part: index price development and kcu – coefficient describing the evolution of prices. The analytical part contains historical overview of the coefficient expressing the evolution of prices. The third chapter has also desriptive and analytical character. This chapter deals with financial indicator, its identification and also contains illustrative calculation of the current price level. The last chapter analyzes the use of published catalogs, financial indicators to determine initial value.

Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, zahraničná vysoká škola Banská Bystrica, Katedra bankovníctva a poisťovníctva. Vedúci práce: prof. Ing. Ján Svrček, CSc. Rok obhajoby: 2012. Počet strán: 48 Bakalárska práca je zameraná na spôsob stanovenia rozpočtového ukazovateľa a indexu zmeny cien pri určovaní východiskovej hodnoty. Názorne uvádza úpravu rozpočtového ukazovateľa do aktuálnej cenovej úrovne. Okrem toho kladie dôraz na analýzu využitia publikovaných katalógov rozpočtových ukazovateľov pri stanovení východiskovej hodnoty. Prvá kapitola práce je zameraná na vysvetlenie základných pojmov súvisiacich s témou bakalárskej. Druhá kapitola popisno-analytická popisuje dva kľúčové pojmy indexy vývoja cien a kcu – koeficient vyjadrujúci vývoj cien a v analytickej časti prináša historický prehľad indexov zmeny cien. Tretia kapitola má podobne popisno-analytický charakter. Zaoberá sa rozpočtovým ukazovateľom, spôsobom jeho identifikácie a následne názorným výpočtom do aktuálnej cenovej úrovne. Posledná kapitola analyzuje využitie publikovaných katalógov rozpočtových ukazovateľov pre stanovenie východiskovej hodnoty.
