Economic balance of selected types of handling equipment used in agriculture

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou parametrů vybraných manipulačních prostředků v zemědělství a jejich následnou ekonomickou bilancí z hlediska pořízení a pro-nájmu stroje pro stanovené časové období. Práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní části. V první části je zpracován literární přehled, který pojednává o historii manipulačních prostředků, jejich následném dělení podle konstrukčního řešení. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na analýzu parametrů vybraných manipulačních prostředků za pomocí multikriteriální analýzy (MCA) a následná ekonomická bilance je hodnocena za pomocí stanovení celkových nákladů na vlastnictví (TCO). Poslední část diplomové práce je věnována výsledkům a diskuzi, kde jsou rozebírány jednotlivé výsledky. Analýzy ukázaly, že pořízení stroje je výhodnější namísto jeho pronájmu. Pronájem je výhodnější pouze v případě, že by zemědělský podnik chtěl každý rok nový stroj a nepřesáhl by zatížení stroje 1 000 motohodin za rok. Nejlepšího výsledku v ekonomické bilanci dosáhl stroj GEHL ALT 750. Stroj Manitou 635 – 130 PS+ byl ovšem doporučen do zemědělského provozu na základě výsledných hodnot z multikriteriální analýzy (MCA).

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the analysis of parameters of selected handling equipment in agriculture and their subsequent economic balance in terms of acquisition and rental of the machine for a specified time period. The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part, a literature review is prepared, which discusses the history of handling equipment, their subsequent division according to their design. The second part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the parameters of the selected material handling equipment using multicriteria analysis (MCA) and the subsequent economic balance is evaluated by determining the total cost of ownership (TCO). The last part of the thesis is devoted to the results and discussion, where the individual results are discussed. The analyses showed that the acquisition of a machine is more profitable instead of renting it. Renting is only worthwhile if the farm would like a new machine every year and if the machine load does not exceed 1 000 motohours per year. The GEHL ALT 750 was the best per-forming machine in the economic balance. However, the Manitou 635 - 130 PS+ was recommended for the farm based on the results of the multi-criteria analysis (MCA).
