Classification and usage of classical-era idiomatic phrases by French authors
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská diplomová práce je zaměřena na vybrané frazeologismy pocházející z antické mytologie. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, přehled frazémů a praktickou část a jejím hlavním cílem je stručně popsat základní informace týkající se frazeologie a především ukázat spojitost mezi antickým mýtem a současným použitím frazému jak ve francouzském, tak i českém jazyce.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on selected idiomatic phrases originating in classical antiquity. This thesis is divided into a theoretical part, classification of phrasemes and a practical part and its main goal is to briefly describe basic information pertaining to phraseology and especially to show the connection between classical mythology and the current use of phrasemes in both French and Czech …more
