Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce se staly genderové stereotypy, jejich výskyt a vliv na tři základní sféry života. Nejdříve na výchovu, nejen v prostředí rodiny, ale i při školních a mimoškolních aktivitách dětí. Poté na vzdělávání, které probíhá především ve školních institucích a jako poslední jsem zvolila oblast volby profese. Za stěžejní otázku, ke které jsem mířila v teoretické části, jsem zvolila uvědomování si genderových stereotypů žáky a studenty základních, středních a vysokých škol a jejich vliv na profesní orientaci dospívající mládeže.

Abstract:

The topic of thesis are gender stereotypes, their occurence and effect on three part of live. The first part is training, not only in the middle of family , but also training in the course of school and out of school childrens activities. The second part is education at school institutions. The last is part choice of career. The main question, especially on teoretical section of thesis, was how to sence the pupils and students from basic, secondary and high schools the gender stereotypes and what is the effect on their choice of career.
